Role Summary:
The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse and order fulfillment operations across shipping and receiving. This cross-functional role focuses on picking, packing, material movement, and inventory organization to ensure orders ship on time and accurately.
This position reports to the VP of Operations and works closely with both the Shipping Lead and Receiving Lead to execute daily priorities. Success in this role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare outbound D2C, wholesale, and transfer orders
- Assist with labeling, palletizing, and staging shipments
- Support same-day fulfillment goals and carrier cutoff timelines
- Assist with loading outbound shipments and unloading inbound shipments
- Maintain accurate product locations and support FIFO inventory rotation
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives
- Support warehouse organization through 5S, including staging areas, storage locations, and material flow
- Complete assigned ERP/WMS transactions accurately and timely
- Communicate any discrepancies, damages, or inventory concerns to the Shipping or Receiving Lead
- Keep a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
- Follow all food safety and GMP initiatives
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Provie daily labor support based on warehouse priorities
- Support warehouse cleaning and organization initatives
- Step into shipping or receiving tasks as directed
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse efficiency and safety

- Warehouse organization and safety adherence
Who You Are:
You’re a dependable, team-oriented warehouse associate who takes pride in doing the small things right. You understand accurate picking, careful handling, and strong organization directly impact customer satisfaction. You are comfortable taking direction, staying busy, and shifting between tasks as priorities change. You bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to help wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Qualifications:
· 1 yeas of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, manufacturing, or similar hands-on environments preferred
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced physically active role
· Ability to follow SOPs related to quality, food safety, and warehouse safety practices
· Basic computer skills and comfort learning ERP or warehouse systems
· Ability to safely lift and move materials up to 50 pounds throughout the workday
· Strong reliability, attention to detail, and team mindset
Nice to have:
· Experience with food manufacturing, GMP environments, or fulfillment operations
· Forklift certification
