The American Nurses Enterprise (ANE) is seeking to hire a Senior Membership Analyst
The Senior Membership Analyst is responsible for analyzing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities that drive member engagement and retention. The role combines data analysis, business intelligence, and strategic thinking to help shape member engagement and the overall membership experience.

What You Will Do:
- Collect, clean, and analyze membership and engagement data
- Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as member growth, retention, churn, satisfaction and engagement
- Identify data-driven insights and communicate findings to cross-functional teams
- Analyze membership behavior and segmentation to identify opportunities for better engagement, influencing member engagement strategies that the member engagement team is developing
- Support member engagement and member marketing activities with campaign targeting, A/B testing and performance tracking
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of member engagement activities and recommend improvements
- Work closely with member engagement and data governance team to align analytics with organizational goals
What you bring to the American Nurses Enterprise:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
- Preferred advanced certificate or degree in analytics, digital marketing, or database management
Experience:
- 5 years of related work experience, with increasing responsibility over time
- Demonstrable professional experience transforming and analyzing complex digital data sets to drive actionable recommendations
- Proficient in data forecasting and modeling, A/B and multivariant testing techniques and best practices
Skills:
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Smartsheet, as well as other data visualization tools
- Experience with CRM and membership databases
- Knowledge of statistical analysis tools is a plus
