Job Overview
· Seeking a dynamic, creative, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to assist with our fast-paced, growing marketing and sales team.
· Must provide support updating and maintaining our digital footprint, from websites to other materials with accurate information across numerous online and traditional channels.
· Assist in coordinating information internally and externally with vendors and staff for public-facing information, promotions, sponsorships, and on-site events.
· Act as a key member of a marketing and sales team collaborating to ensure wide-ranging company efforts connects various audiences in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
Website & Online Updates
· Maintain and update multiple company and third-party websites and online platforms with content including information, promotions, events, menus, and services.
· Assist with marketing and sales to ensure revenue-driven goals are met through property and third-party site traffic including curating data and presenting dashboards to leadership.
· Possess or develop an understanding of digital platforms, from content management to analytics, and data measurement, and have an ability to present information to management or willingness to learn.
Collateral & Promotion
· Maintain an organized library of up-to-date files and assets for company-wide use.
· Assist in managing, distribution, and occasional creative of marketing assets including photos, flyers, menus, rack cards, signage.
· Help providing marketing and sales in planning and execution of company promotions, special events, and community activations.
Team & Administrative Support
· Track and manage marketing requests from various internal and external sources, providing timely updates.
· Support the marketing and sales leadership on special projects as assigned.
· Occasionally assist with social media, email, digital displays, and other communications as needed.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, related field, or equivalent experience.
· Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced office, take direction, work independently, and willingness to take initiative and bring new ideas to the table.
· Experience or knowledge of digital online platforms preferred, or a strong desire to learn as part of the role.
· Strong written, verbal, communication, and organizational skills.
