Role Description
This full-time on-site role is based in LONG BEACH CALIFORNIA . As a Customs Broker at ANL , you will manage customs compliance, process necessary documentation, coordinate with clients and regulatory agencies, and ensure the efficient clearance of goods. This role requires knowledge of customs regulations and logistics operations to ensure accurate and timely processing of shipments. You will also collaborate with internal teams to provide clients with superior service while identifying opportunities to optimize processes.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, import/export compliance, and trade laws
- Proficiency in logistics coordination, freight management, and transportation processes
- Skill in documentation, record keeping, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in relevant software such as customs clearance systems and spreadsheet tools
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site team environment in Long beach
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field
- Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred;
