What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Approval Analyst III position at AMERICAN NEIGHBORHOOD MORTGAGE ACCEPTANCE COMPANY LLC?
AnnieMac Home Mortgage is looking to hire a Full Time Project Approval Analyst III to review and make final approval decisions on conventional condo projects through limited review and complex full reviews. This position will approve entire projects through the Veterans Administration and FHA’s HRAP process. The Project Approval Analyst III will be tasked with processing and decisioning FHA single unit condo approvals. This role will collaborate to make efficiencies in the approval process, including job aids, calculators, and approval documents. The Project Approval Analyst III will work on the AnnieMac Condominium Project Approval Database. Under the direct supervision of the Project Approval Team Lead, the job duties of the Project Approval Analyst III include, but are not limited to:
- Review all types of condominium projects, including FHA HRAP, FHA single unit approval, and VA submissions.
- Help to create process efficiencies.
- Maintaining the condo project approval database.
- Contributing to team meetings and other team work product.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years condominium project approval experience
- Ability to analyze documentation with attention to detail
- Understanding of condo project insurance requirements
- Thorough understanding of conventional condominium requirements, including litigation.
- Thorough understanding of VA entire project requirements and submission process
- Proven ability to contribute to a condo project team at an enterprise level
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and solution oriented
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Strong client service focus and customer service skills
- Able to work independently and ability to multi-task.
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
- May have to manage a number of issues at one time
- May be frequently interrupted to meet the needs and requests of employees and clients
- Environment may be busy and noisy
- Minimum 40 hour work week
- Must be available for by phone and email during scheduled work hours
- Will have to spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers, which can cause muscle strain.
Preferred Hours: 9:00AM-6:00PM (Eastern Time)
