What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2nd Shift Crush Operator position at American Natural?
American Natural Processors is seeking a self-motivated and highly focused individual for this opportunity to learn the basics of both the Crush and Refinery side of our Plant. Your previous experience in a manufacturing or food processing position will be of great value to us but is not required for consideration with American Natural. Your ability to communicate with a diverse team of people, both verbally and in writing will significantly improve your success in this role.
WHAT WE EXPECT:

- Meticulously document production processes and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Become familiar with the process of starting up or shutting down the refinery and crush equipment.
- Responsible for continuous monitoring of equipment – with a focus on the quality of the finished product.
- Report variances and issues as soon as they become apparent.
- Additional tasks and duties as assigned by the Master Operator or Production Manager as needed.
