Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, including training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the implementation and administration of structured settlements for clients and consultants.
- Ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Analyze and review complex financial and legal documents.
- Collaborate with attorneys, insurance companies, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth case handling.
- Drive process improvements and contribute to best practices across operations.
- Own your cases from start to finish with professionalism and care.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of experience in structured settlements or regulated financial products.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to research and resolve moderately complex issues.
- 5 years of industry experience.
- Experience in a high-touch operations environment.
- Deep knowledge of structured settlements or similar financial services.
- Be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team.
- Work on meaningful cases that impact real lives.
