What You’ll Do
- Partner with business stakeholders, agile teams, developers, database teams, and vendors to gather requirements and support system enhancements
- Create clear, detailed specifications and documentation that connect business goals to technical execution
- Support product updates, new releases, testing efforts, regression reviews, and database maintenance activities
- Use SQL and Excel to review data, troubleshoot issues, support configuration changes, and validate results
- Assist with API-related coordination, third-party data integrations, and communication between internal and external teams
- Participate in agile ceremonies, daily syncs, planning efforts, retrospectives, and release coordination
- Help identify issues, define exceptions, support testing automation efforts, and contribute to continuous improvement
- Provide production support as needed, including occasional support for deployments or time-sensitive product updates
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education requirement
- Minimum of four years related systems analysis, business analysis, data analysis, or technology experience
- Strong SQL experience, with the ability to navigate databases, review data, and support system updates
- Advanced Excel skills: Power Query experience is a plus
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Ability to write detailed, organized, and easy-to-follow specifications, test cases, and process documentation
- Exposure to APIs, XML files, Postman, SOAPUI, third-party integrations, or automation testing tools is preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, open-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
