As an Annuity Customer Service Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the daily operations of an Annuity Customer Service team, ensuring the right staffing, setting goals, and keeping performance moving in the right direction while delivering exceptional service to contract holders and internal partners.

What You’ll Do
As an Annuity Customer Service Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the daily operations of an Annuity Customer Service team, ensuring the right staffing, setting goals, and keeping performance moving in the right direction while delivering exceptional service to contract holders and internal partners.
You Will
- Coordinate and supervise daily team activities, setting priorities, objectives, milestones, and performance standards
- Coach, mentor, and train employees, and provide input to performance evaluations
- Own team results, demonstrating accountability for service levels, quality, and outcomes
- Contribute to resource planning, policy development, and procedural guidelines
- Analyze and resolve issues that may not always have clear precedent, applying sound judgment and Annuity Insurance knowledge
- Ensure team operations follow established guidelines and procedures, meet quality standards, and maintain regulatory, and compliance requirements related to Annuity products
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2–4 years of relevant experience, including experience in Annuity Insurance customer service or operations
- 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience
- Annuity Insurance background required
- Appropriate license required (Annuity Insurance)
- Applicable insurance designations or completion of relevant Annuity Insurance coursework preferred
- Office-based role with flexibility to sit, stand, or walk as needed
- Establishes methods and procedures to achieve goals with guidance focused on overall outcomes
- Physical presence in the office required on a part-time or full-time basis (role dependent)
- No adverse working or environmental conditions expected
- This role may function as an Individual Contributor or People Leader, depending on assignment
