What You’ll Do
- Process premium payments and related transactions accurately and efficiently
- Perform data entry, research discrepancies, and support payment application activities
- Create written and verbal correspondence and maintain production reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to support timely and accurate service
- High school diploma or equivalent required, along with relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: data entry, processing, billing, finance, banking, or insurance,
- Insurance experience is a plus
- Candidates should have strong attention to detail, Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to meet or exceed processing production metrics with accuracy
