- Research and route incoming mail, documents, and payments to the appropriate business areas
- Prepare, scan, index, and digitize incoming mail with accuracy and attention to detail, coding appropriately
- Maintain productivity and image quality standards to support service expectations
- Assist with tracking priority mail, packages, and related documentation
- Support the team in a fast-paced environment with changing daily volumes
- Requires frequent walking and standing throughout the workday
