Are you a detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? We’re looking for an experienced Advanced Case Manager to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of new business and policy changes.

In this role, you’ll bring your expertise to analyze applications, support agents, and help deliver a seamless experience across the policy lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

  • Review and process new business and policy change applications for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Performs suitability analysis to ensure contracts meet American National
  • Insurance Company (ANICO) suitability standards prior to issue.
  • Analyze policy forms and ensure proper completion of all state-required documentation
  • Enter and update policy information within administrative systems
  • Effectively manage and prioritize your workload while maintaining prompt and clear communication with agents and internal partners, including handling both outgoing and incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Provide resolution, status updates, and support to agents with a strong focus on customer service
  • Process policy and financial transactions with a high level of accuracy
  • Document all work activity and communications within workflow systems
  • Support complex policy changes and service-related issues as needed
  • Assist with training and mentorship of team members
  • Contribute to testing and special projects to support business initiatives

What You Bring

  • A minimum of one year of experience working with annuities
  • Strong knowledge of policy processing, documentation, and compliance requirements
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Experience working in admin systems and workflow tools
