What You Will Do: 1: Monitor the calendar to ensure daily goals are meeting distribution requirements and review all additions to the calendar based on approved guidelines. Advise the department management of any issues or concerns relative to exceptions outside calendar guidelines. 2: Support production planning and review meetings. This includes preparation of historic data to help establish current operations. 3: Oversee input and accuracy of all data that feeds other production planning and scheduling systems. 4: Ensure adherence to guidelines to meet overall budget requirements in collaboration with department managers. 5: Coordinate with relevant staff to maintain proper communication. Hours of shift will need to reflect 8a-4:30p Pacific Time Zone due to operational needs. What We Need From You: Education: Bachelor's degree required. Experience: Minimum 3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required. Skills & Abilities: Must have working knowledge of applicable systems, must be able to communicate effectively and plan and utilize time efficiently, requires the knowledge of computer software including but not limited to: Microsoft Word, Excel and Access, ability to work as a team.
