This is a full-time, on-site role located in Caddo Mills, TX, for a Transportation Broker. The Transportation Broker will handle day-to-day freight brokerage tasks, which include negotiating with carriers, managing transportation logistics, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Responsibilities also include dispatching shipments, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Maintaining strong partnerships with both clients and carriers to meet their transportation needs will be essential.
- Strong knowledge or experience in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage processes
- Skills in Freight operations and Dispatching coordination
- Proven expertise in providing excellent Customer Service
- Experience in transportation logistics or a related field is a plus
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
