We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Freight Salesperson to join our team full-time at our Caddo Mills, TX location. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and negotiating freight rates. This includes developing and maintaining customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, coordinating with logistics teams, and identifying market trends and opportunities to achieve sales goals. Your ability to communicate effectively and deliver results will be key in this role.
