What You’ll Do
- Lead daily workflow, production, and service expectations for post-issue annuity transactions
- Review backlog reports, monitor workloads, and help ensure transactions are processed timely and accurately
- Coach, support, and provide feedback to team members while helping them understand expectations and priorities
- Assist with onboarding, training, performance discussions, and employee development
- Support quality assurance by reviewing work, identifying trends, and helping reduce errors
- Partner with agents, clients, marketing, auditors, HR, and internal teams to resolve questions and provide updates
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend ways to improve controls, procedures, reporting, and efficiency
- Support special projects and contribute to team goals, KPIs, and service level agreements
- High school diploma required; associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Two years of demonstrated leadership, team lead, coaching, or supervisory experience
- Experience in financial services, insurance, annuities, banking, accounting, or transaction processing strongly preferred
- General understanding of accounting concepts, debits/credits, financial products, or similar products is helpful
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with internal and external partners
- Ability to prioritize work, hold others accountable, ask thoughtful questions, and identify better ways of doing things.
- You are comfortable leading a team in a production-focused environment
- You enjoy learning processes, asking questions, and looking for ways to improve efficiency
- You communicate clearly, professionally, and often
