In this role, you’ll lead a high-performing team, drive process improvements, and ensure exceptional service delivery to clients, consultants, attorneys, and other stakeholders.

- Lead all aspects of structured settlement new business operations, including personnel management and service delivery.
- Build and develop a strong team of professionals focused on onboarding and managing structured settlement policies.
- Foster a culture of ownership, growth, and continuous improvement through coaching and feedback.
- Identify training needs and implement development plans to close skill gaps.
- Set and monitor team goals aligned with quality standards and service level agreements.
- Analyze production data and provide performance insights to senior leadership.
- Deliver operational presentations to brokerage agencies and stakeholders.
- Identify and lead initiatives to improve service levels and expand product offerings.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and adjust operational strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to strengthen relationships with key brokerage agencies and promote our leadership in the structured settlement space.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8–10 years of relevant industry experience.
- 2–5 years of supervisory or management experience.
- Deep knowledge of structured settlements or other highly regulated financial products.
- Experience in high-touch operations environments and project leadership.
- 11 years of industry experience.
- 6 years of leadership experience in a similar role.
