What You’ll Do:
- Assist agents and policyholders by phone, email, or in person
- Handle administrative tasks like filing, scanning, data entry, deposits, and answering phones
- Balance daily cash receipts
- Support special projects as needed
- High school diploma or GED
- No prior experience required—we’ll train you!
- Comfortable working in the office
- Ability to work occasional overtime or weekends for special projects
