What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at American Nail Spa?
We are looking for receptionist capable of working in a moderate to high stress environment, experience in customer service and multitasking would be greatly appreciated. Bonuses are available depending on work level.
Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately with professional phone etiquette
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person to address inquiries effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a professional environment
- Perform clerical duties including typing, proofreading, and managing correspondence efficiently
- Support additional administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or reception roles; medical or dental receptionist experience is a plus
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to manage calendars effectively and prioritize tasks using strong organizational skills and time management techniques
- Attention to detail with proofreading skills and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance
- Personal assistant or administrative experience that showcases multitasking capabilities
- Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives in a fast-paced environment
