Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Wellsburg, WV for a Project Inside Sales Manager. The role involves managing sales projects, fostering strong relationships with clients, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure successful project execution. Key responsibilities include identifying customer needs, generating quotes, creating proposals, managing sales orders, and providing guidance to customers throughout the sales process. The Project Inside Sales Manager will also identify opportunities for business growth and contribute to strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer relationship management skills, including the ability to identify and meet customer needs
• Project management expertise, with experience in coordinating sales orders, creating proposals, and ensuring timely delivery
• Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales software, and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the dock or fabrication industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred but not mandatory
