Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily execution of the finishing production plan and schedule
• Able to manage, produce and maintain quality standards of the finishing line (paint, prime, stain)
• Analyzing and problem solving
• Direct interaction with the team to achieve the Plant’s goals of growth and profitability
  
  

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with expanding a finishing department
• Excellent communication skills with team members and management
• Analytical and data driven decision-making capabilities. Ability to create value
• Quality focused
• Meet all the goals and objectives as assigned in a timely efficient manner
• Mechanical aptitude
• Experience in a high-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to measure safety, quality, and productivity
