American Motors Repair is looking for a driven, high-accountability Service Manager who knows how to lead a shop, build a strong team, and create an exceptional customer experience without babysitting employees or making excuses.
This is not a “clock in and coast” management job. We want someone who takes ownership, drives production, builds culture, increases profitability, and develops technicians into a winning team.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Managing day-to-day operations of a busy automotive/truck repair facility
Leading technicians, service advisors, and shop staff
Increasing labor sales, shop efficiency, and gross profit
Maintaining high customer satisfaction and repeat business
Hiring, training, coaching, and holding employees accountable
Ensuring jobs are completed correctly and on time
Managing workflow, scheduling, and production goals
Creating a positive, high-performance culture
Monitoring KPIs including labor hours, comeback rate, ARO, GP%, and productivity
Handling customer concerns professionally and confidently
What We’re Looking For
Proven leadership experience in automotive or diesel repair management
Strong understanding of shop operations and repair processes
Ability to build and lead a productive team
High energy, strong communication skills, and a sense of urgency
Organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
Comfortable managing numbers, goals, and accountability
Someone who leads from the front — not from the office chair
