This position will provide crucial support to Loan Officers by ensuring the accuracy and completeness of loan applications, assisting with the processing of files, and maintaining the highest standards of quality control. This is a remote, full-time opportunity for a candidate with experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant, strong computer skills, and a solid understanding of the Microsoft Office suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Loan Officers in gathering and organizing all necessary documentation for loan files.
- Perform quality checks on loan documents to ensure compliance and completeness.
- Prepare clean, accurate loan applications and communicate any missing items or required actions.
- Track and manage multiple loans through various stages of the approval process.
- Maintain detailed records and clear communication with all parties involved.

- Deliver an excellent customer service experience by being responsive and proactive in resolving inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Previous 1 to 2 year experience in the mortgage industry as a Loan Officer Assistant is required.
- Strong computer skills are a must, with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel including 60 WPM.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
