- Investigate and resolve property claims efficiently and effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our policyholders, ensuring prompt communication and attention to detail.
- Conduct field-based inspections to assess damage and prepare detailed estimates and documentation.
- Develop your skills in estimating, coverage analysis, and subrogation/salvage assessment.

- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work/industry experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to perform tasks in various environments, including climbing ladders, accessing rooftops, and navigating confined spaces, with a focus on safety and adherence to company protocols.
- Proficiency in estimating platforms, such as Symbility or Xactimate, is a plus.
- Industry training, coursework, or certifications (AIC, CPCU, SCLA) are desirable.
- Candidates must be located in Evansville, IN, Owensboro, KY and west of Louisville, KY area.
