Certifications: CERT-NBSTSA- CST
SSN Required
DOB Required
For RN: BLS, ACLS
For Surg Tech: Certified
For Surg Tech: experience in total knee's, hips, shoulder, Spine experience and XI DaVinci experience.
Prior Travel for both

Facility Overview
Lake Havasu is known as a party community town and during World War II was a US Army Air Corps camp. "London Bridge" which was brought over from England and completed in 1971 is now a favorite tourist attraction in Lake Havasu.
