How long is the contract assignment? 13 weeks is the norm: 13 weeks 4. Schedule of assignment hours? M - F 8am - 5pm? correct 5. Will there be any weekend rotation? If so, how often? No 6. Will there be any on call? If so, how much? Not for LPN 7. What region are you in? Home health or Hospice? Home Health 8. What territory this contractor will be asked to cover? It depends on what needs covered. We have a large territory- once they get started we would need to adjust depending on how many RNs we have. We see patients in Columbus and surrounding areas- North up to Marion, West past Marysville, East- past Grandville, and south up to Circleville. 9. What's creating the request? - work load Ect.. Full time for LPNs is 32 plus points per week. Normally Contractors do 6-7 points per day.11. About how many miles per week will the contractor travel? This Varies- average range for LPNs for 1 week was 200-300 miles. 13. What are the weekly units of productivity expectations? Home health experience is a must.
