Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in-office. This individual will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of millwork projects—from award through closeout. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from award through completion, including design, procurement, scheduling, and closeout.
- Oversee project design and shop drawings using Microvellum software.
Procure materials and coordinate with vendors to meet project timelines and budgets. - Maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project.
Create and manage project schedules, ensuring timely execution of milestones.
Monitor job progress, proactively identify issues, and implement solutions.
Manage project documentation, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication between estimating, engineering, shop, and installation.
Ensure projects adhere to company quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- 3 years of project management experience in architectural millwork, casework, or related construction fields.
- Strong proficiency in Microvellum or similar design software.
Knowledge of materials, fabrication, and installation processes for millwork and casework.
Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Detail-oriented and solution-driven, with a track record of meeting deadlines.
