We’re seeking a Branch Manager for our Dallas location (Grand Prairie) to drive sales, lead operations, and develop a winning team.
The Opportunity
As Branch Manager, you’ll oversee sales, operations, and profitability for a growing branch. You’ll grow and build a high-performing team, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach territory managers, inside sales, warehouse, and delivery teams.
- Drive revenue growth through customer development and market expansion.
- Manage branch operations: inventory, logistics, safety, and cost control.
- Maintain P&L accountability; monitor margins, sales performance, and KPIs.
- Collaborate with territory mangagers and vendors to strengthen customer partnerships.
- Create a culture of teamwork, ownership, and accountability.
- Use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word for reporting, scheduling, and daily communication to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience.
- Strong sales and customer relationship management skills.
- Solid understanding of operations, P&L, and process improvement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word).
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in HVAC, industrial, or building materials distribution.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent leadership experience accepted.
