The Assembly / Hardware Installer position is full-time or flexible part-time position. Full-Time: We offer a full benefit package including 100% employer paid medical, dental and life insurance. FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE AVAILABLE. CHOOSE ANY 3 DAYS PER WEEK! Or work a traditional schedule below.
Day shift: M-Th, 6:00 am – 4:30 pm
Swing: M-Th, 3:00 pm – 1:30 am
Weekend shift: Fri-Sun, 5:00 am – 5:30 pm
$20.00 hr., plus monthly bonus program is paid when company-wide monthly sales goal is reached (full-time).
Shift differential is paid in addition to hourly wage for swing and weekend shifts.
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year minimum experience in sheet metal mechanical assemblies
- Low level electrical assembly and testing is a plus
- Assemble hardware such as Pem studs, stand offs, weld studs, clinch nuts, screws, nuts, bolts, washers, dowel pins, etc.
- Use of Haegar installing machine during installations with sheet metal parts
- Some heavy lifting may be required.
