What are the responsibilities and job description for the Press Brake position at American Metal Fab, Inc.?
Operates machine to cut, stamp, bend, or drill metal parts to blueprint/drawing specifications. Verifies conformance of parts to specifications, which includes use of measuring instruments and simple math.
Must be able to do simple math (calculators provided) and read job orders.
Must be able to stand for 10 hours, lift and push and pull up to 25 pounds (one department requires lifting up to 50 pounds). Use of foot controls at times. Frequent use of hands to place parts.
