Setting: Hospital – Cardiac Telemetry Unit

Pay Range: $90/hour

Schedule: 12 Hours Shift Times (07:00-19:30; 19:00-07:30)

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as an RN
  
• Qualified applicants MUST have BLS & ACLS certifications
  
• Must be able to read strips, comfortable with post heart caths, CHF, COPD, arrhythmias
  
• Valid RN license
  
• Be willing to obtain West Virginia state licensure
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Heparin drips and monitoring cardiac patients
  
• Ability to perform EKGs

Responsibilities:

As a healthcare professional in a hospital setting on a Cardiac Telemetry unit, you will:

• Monitor and interpret cardiac strips, titrate Heparin drips, and support post heart cath patients
  
• Assist with ADLs, FSBS, and EKGs as needed
  
• Contribute to team efforts in a fast-paced environment with approximately 8-12 discharges and admissions daily
