Responsibilities:

• Provide bedside nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients during night shifts.
  
• Recognize and respond to ECG rhythms, ensuring patient safety.
  
• Adhere to hospital policies, including OSHA and safety protocols.
  
• Document patient conditions and interventions accurately in Epic electronic health records.
  
• Obtain and verify Ohio or Compact State licensure prior to start date.
  
• Ensure compliance with BLS and ACLS certification requirements.
  
• Complete assessments such as ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate during orientation.
  
• Maintain professional communication with team members and supervisors.
  
• Support patient recovery and safety during overnight shifts.
