Northwest Permanente is seeking a Board-Certified Sports Medicine Physician to join our Skyline Medical Office in Salem, Oregon. You’ll work alongside four fellowship-trained Orthopaedists within a 35-member orthopaedic department, caring for Kaiser Permanente members of all ages and supporting Portland Thorns and Fire team coverage.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver comprehensive sports medicine care across all ages
- Collaborate closely with sports medicine, orthopaedics, and specialty care teams
- Read X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs
- Perform diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound and guided injections
- Assist with women’s professional team coverage
- Physician-led, multispecialty group serving Kaiser Permanente members
- Team-based care with a physician-friendly Epic EMR
- Compensation not based on fee-for-service volume
- PSLF eligibility and leadership pathways

- Board certification in primary specialty
- Completion of an accredited sports medicine fellowship
- Preferred: CAQ in Sports Medicine
- Preferred: 3 years post-fellowship experience and elite sports team coverage
- Annual salary: $296,800–$337,300
