Qualifications:
- Must have a valid New Jersey RN license
- Must have prior nurse management experience
- Must have long term care/skilled nursing experience
- Must have excellent leadership skills
Responsibilities:
- Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations.
- Evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on patient condition.
- Collaborates with medical staff in care and treatment of patients.
- Deliver hands-on care and medication administration as needed.
- Assist with patient’s examinations and/or questions.
- Maintain accurate accounting records.
- Address questions or complaints brought forward by Residents or their families
- Represent the unit's interests with the upper-level management.
