Salary Range: Up to $100K per year based on experience
Qualifications of the Director of Marketing:
- Must have Assisted Living/Independent Living marketing experience
- Must have connections with local hospitals/healthcare facilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Description of the Director of Marketing:
- Marketers will be out expanding the name of the facility and meeting with other people in the community.
- Seeing residents, meeting with discharge planners, responding to referrals and setting appointments for the Administrator and or DON to meet with Doctors, discharge planners and Case Managers.
