Certified Dietary Manager - Nursing Home - Located in Pinellas Park, FL
Salary: $50K to $60K range (based on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Supervises the activities in the kitchen to provide the highest quality of service and product to residents in a cost-effective manner
- Directs and supervises all dietary functions and personnel
- Follows policies and procedures for the Nutritional Services Department
- Accountable for the proper storage of all food and supplies used by the Nutritional Services Department and minimizing loss
- Ensures that the kitchen staff follows the required food handling and preparation policies, procedures, and regulations
- Schedules work hours and assignments also reviews and checks staff work performance
- Is responsible to see that each shift is properly staffed
- Is responsible for food purchase, production, and timely service of meals
- Evaluates and provides direction in food production, including standardizing recipes, portion control, problem-solving, and Quality Assessment and Assurance activities
Qualifications:
- Must have Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certificate
- Must have experience as a Dietary Manager in a nursing home setting
- Must have long term care experience
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
