American Marine Construction is seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors. This position plays a key role in supporting daily office operations, maintaining communication, and helping ensure the office runs efficiently.
The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, able to multitask.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage office emails and correspondence
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with filing, data entry, and document organization
- Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed
- Support office staff with administrative tasks
- Prepare and process invoices and other paperwork
- Maintain clean and organized reception and office areas
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist with customer service inquiries and follow-up communication
Preferred Skills
- Must have a friendly and welcoming personality
- Willing to train the right person
- QuickBooks experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
