What are the responsibilities and job description for the Deburr Technician position at American Manufacturing, LLC?
Machine Shop in Chandler has an immediate opening for a Full Time Deburr technician. We are seeking someone who can keep up with our fast-paced manufacturing environment. This person will hand finish and deburr a wide variety of metal parts.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Polish, clean, break edges and remove burrs on precision machined parts made from a variety of materials to specified customer specification or blue prints.
· Use a wide variety of basic deburr and hand finish tools, both electric and pneumatic.
· Ensure all paperwork and documentation is completed properly.
· May perform other duties as necessary.
Requirements:
· No experience necessary
· Ability to sit at one workstation for longer periods of time
· Exceptional attention to detail and product quality
· Ability to meet deadlines
· Self-motivated and able to be productive with minimal supervision
· Willing to learn and a strong desire for long term employment
· Reliable transportation
· Great attendance
