We value quality, craftsmanship, accountability, and teamwork. You won't be just another number here. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on environment, solving problems, and taking pride in producing parts that meet demanding aerospace requirements.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced CNC Setup / Operator who wants to be an important part of a small team where their skills and experience are valued.

  • Reliable, dependable, and safety-conscious
  • Experience working with tight tolerances and complex components preferred

Preferred Experience

  • Haas CNC controls

  • CNC milling
  • 4th-axis machining
  • Aerospace manufacturing
  • Machining aluminum and stainless steel
  • Experience working within AS9100 or other aerospace quality systems

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who can set up a job, prove it out, make necessary adjustments, and run quality parts with minimal supervision.

The right candidate should be comfortable reading a print, selecting and setting up tooling, setting offsets, inspecting parts, and troubleshooting issues at the machine.

Aerospace manufacturing requires consistency, precision, and accountability. We want someone who takes ownership of their work and understands that quality comes first.
