Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Portfolio Manager located in Manassas, VA. The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of real estate investments, analyzing financial data, and making informed investment decisions. This role includes conducting market research, trading activities, and regular performance reviews of investment assets to ensure optimal results. The Portfolio Manager will also develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating and interpreting financial data
- Experience in Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Expertise in Portfolio Management and Investments
- Knowledge of Trading practices and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in real estate management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
