American Maintenance and Cleaning Services is looking for a qualified person to supervise the cleaning crew in the Saginaw Area.
We are seeking a part time "working" Supervisor. Must be willing to work a minimum of 25 - 35 hours a week . The Supervisor will oversee housekeeping staff and ensure that all accounts in their area are completed to company’s expectations. This position does require the person to regularly clean when covering for staff and to help keep up on job specifications. Own vehicle is used and reimbursement for mileage for using own vehicle is given. Incentive program allows quarterly bonuses to be achieved.
Job Duties Include:
- Check nightly that housekeeper has punched into account
- Regularly inspect buildings to ensure cleanliness
- Cover for employees when needed
- Hire and train new housekeepers
- Address customer complaints in a timely manner
- Provide leadership and support to employees
- Regular Communication with management
- Help start up new accounts
- Ensure that staff is adhering to company policies and procedures
Must be able to work Monday - Friday evenings and some weekends. Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a background check. If you feel you have the leadership qualities to move our company forward, please send resume or some information about yourself.
