What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-Time Strength & Conditioning Coach (Adults + Athletes) position at American Made Performance LLC?
About American Made Performance
American Made Performance is more than just a gym, it’s a place people genuinely want to be.
At AMP, we provide professional, personalized training in a fun, high-energy environment where people feel supported, challenged, and part of something bigger. We work with busy adults, athletes, and everyday people who want real coaching, real accountability, and real results.
One of the things that makes AMP different is our culture. We’re big on community, and that goes far beyond the workout floor. We host monthly events throughout the year, some just for our members to build connection and have fun, and others to support causes bigger than ourselves through charity events, fundraisers, and local partnerships.
We also work closely with our nonprofit, Strides for Service, along with other organizations in the area, to create opportunities for our gym community to give back.
At the end of the day, AMP is a place where professional coaching meets real community and where people come not just to train, but to become part of something.
