Starting at $16.00-$18.00/Hr. based on experience

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide personal care (manicures, bathing, and dressing) to individuals requiring assistance
- Provide daily orientation to residents
- Facilitate activity group, serve meals/snacks, and clean kitchen/dining room area
- Report to next shift with updates on any progress or changes
- Assist with medications as indicated, charting, health monitoring (blood pressures, weights, temperatures)
- Answer and transfer telephone calls appropriately
- Verbally communicate with residents, families, pharmacists, medical and facility staff
- Arrange for transfer of resident to medical facility if needed
- Handle and maintain confidential information/records
- Project a positive image of the organization in dealing with residents/clients, co-workers, and the public
- Document appropriate to cares/needs given
- Use the appropriate lift per residents' care plans
- Perform additional duties as assigned
