We are looking for an experienced Bilingual (Spanish) Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. You will implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations and increase the company's overall market share.
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in daily work.
- Team building, time keeping and conducting new hire training
- Maximize efficiencies to increase productivity
- Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees' performance
- Organize and maintain the work area.
- Communicate job expectations and coach employees
- Determine staffing levels and assign workload
- Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
- Maintain items records, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
Schedule:
Sunday-Thursday Must be available on Fridays (must be flexible during peak)
Pay rate:
$60-$65k/year

Requirements:
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English (read, write, speak, understand)
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, coaching, and terminating
- Desire to build an amazing team
- Must be flexible with start time
- Must be able to work weekends
- Have a positive, solution-focused, attitude
- Must undergo a background check
- Must pass a drug test
- Proven work experience as a warehouse supervisor
- Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
- Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
- Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
