Under general supervision, the Administrative Support Rep is responsible for answering phone calls and emails, providing details to drivers on delivery locations, responding to customers, carrier partners, and drivers’ questions and concerns, and assisting the team with administrative duties.

Monday through Friday
4:00pm-12:00am
$18-$22/hr to start DOE
- Need to be flexible, reliable, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize duties
- Ability to Multitask
- Adaptable
- Proficient with basic computer skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft office, Outlook, Excel, Etc.
- Fast Learner
- Comfortable with face to face/ Phone interactions
- Flexible
- Ability to independently stay on task.
This Position will also assist with some dock tasks.
- Attention to detail is a must!
- Warehouse experience preferred but we are also willing to train
- Must have reliable transportation (Shift ends after final Max of night))
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs consistently and safely
