Pay Range for the position is $100,000.00-$140,000.00 and will be based on verifiable experience, previous record of success, and previous manufacturing industry experience.
The Plant Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, direction, and performance of the plant, ensuring that all operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company goals. This role plays a critical part in driving production output, maintaining product quality, managing costs, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The Plant Manager directly oversees the Production, Shipping/Receiving, and Maintenance departments, ensuring that each area functions cohesively to support smooth, uninterrupted operations.
This individual will have oversight and responsibility for the entire facility as it pertains to the following:
