Summary
The Restaurant Supervisor supports the daily operations of the hotel’s dining outlets by assisting restaurant management and guiding front-of-house staff to ensure smooth, efficient service and exceptional guest experiences. This role focuses on hands-on leadership, team support, while also maintaining brand and company service standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Oversee, guide, and train all restaurant employees and report any achievements and/or deficiencies to the Restaurant Manager, Food and Beverage Manager, or Director. No direct discipline or management responsibilities.

Education And/or Experience

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Current Food Handler’s certificate or ServSafe certification is required. Current TABC (TX) or RVSP (LA) is required.

- Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with brand, health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Assist with scheduling, training, and performance feedback for hourly staff.
- Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
- Support special events, group functions, and VIP service as needed.
