Summary
The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk team to ensure a seamless guest experience. This role supports the Front Office Manager by supervising staff, resolving guest concerns, and maintaining high standards of service, efficiency, and professionalism.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Oversee, guide, and train all front office employees and report any achievements and/or deficiencies to the Front Office Manager, Guest Service Manager, or GM. No discipline or management responsibilities.

- Lead and support front desk agents during shifts, ensuring smooth operations.
- Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Monitor guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservation processes.
- Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Ensure accurate billing and cashiering procedures.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment.
- Assist with scheduling and shift coverage as needed.
