- Conduct commercial cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or uniforms as needed.
- Use manual handling techniques safely when lifting heavy objects or moving equipment to prevent injury.
- Manage cleaning schedules efficiently through effective time management practices to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and perform routine maintenance checks on tools and cleaning implements.
- Support management by adhering to established procedures for janitorial tasks in hospitality settings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in custodial or janitorial roles within residential, commercial, or hotel environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures along with familiarity with various cleaning detergents and equipment.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks with physical endurance.
- Strong attention to detail when cleaning surfaces, floors, carpets, and outdoor areas.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the workday.
- Ability to follow safety protocols related to chemical handling and manual handling techniques.
