Primary Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities
- Filling a pillow by blowing fiber into the pillowcase and closing the case
- Preparing a pillowcase to be filled with fiber
- Recording produced quantities
- Stack packages on the shelves
- Operate equipment and scales per work instructions
- Producing first-quality goods in a timely fashion
- Using hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, moving materials, and manipulating things.
- Inspecting materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems, or defects.
- Ability to lift 100lbs.
